If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). Shipping & Damaged Goods Policy Shipping We aim to pack and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available). Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier services, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you promptly. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address. Damaged or Faulty Goods Your rights are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily replace or refund it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at marleemaydesigns@outlook.com . Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the damaged/faulty item. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll be in touch to arrange a replacement, refund or credit for our website.
